Good Peaches

These peaches were some of the best I've purchased this year. When I travel I always check out the local Sam's Club. Out of 4 purchases, theses are one of the best. Two other stores in the South and Southwest, the peaches were horrible……hard and not sweet at all!.

1/2 of the box was inedible and had to be tossed.

Half of these peaches were firm on the outside but dry and overly ripe (darkened color of flesh) on the inside. I immediately placed all in one of the crisper bins of our frig, which seems to have stunted further ripening of these peaches. Still, I had to throw away half of the total in the box as I opened them up and found them inedible and at today's elevated prices, that did not make me a happy camper. There were other fruits purchased that also had to be thrown away due to being way past the edible stage.

Delicious but spoiled too fast

I enjoyed the few peaches I ate the same day I bought them. By day two, they had started to spoil despite being refrigerated. By day three, they had turned super soft, were brown inside, and were inedible. This also happened with the mangoes I bought before. I assumed it was because they were not refrigerated so I made sure to refrigerate the peaches.
