Gets the job done xbox has wireless patent that doesn't allow unlicensed manufacturers to use there wireless connection software leading to all third party controllers being a pain to use on pc constant disconnects pairing issues etc thats why i just chose thiss over alll those fancy hall effect and back buttons

Xbox has the best feeling controller in the hand, bar none. And on sale it was even sweeter!  Now that the kids are older I need more controllers and more colors.

This matched the one we had previously from the original console. Its been great quality from day one. 
Will purchase another in a different color to go with our game console.

Quality A

The new design on these controllers for the d pad is so much better than the old version , I also love that this controller has side grips within the handles of the controller and makes you’re hands not sweat as typical controller would make you do . Also the white looks too good

WHITE XBOX CONTROLLER

This controller feels great in hand and is very comfortable even during longer gaming sessions. The buttons are responsive, and the thumbsticks have good control, which makes gameplay feel smooth and accurate. The textured grip on the back is a nice touch and helps prevent slipping.
I also like that it connects easily to different devices. I’ve used it with both my console and PC without any issues. Setup was quick, and the connection has been stable.
The white color looks clean and modern, although it may show dirt over time with regular use. Overall, it’s a solid controller that performs well and feels reliable for everyday gaming.

Comfortable, responsive, and works across devices

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas because her other controller broke. she used it for about a month and she noticed her character just started walking on its own and she can never stop it. We just got a defect so make sure it works properly before the warranty runs out.

the problem is that no matter the amount of usage this controller doesn't last longer than 6 months. i barely game and the controller is generally use as my remote for tv. very poor guality. neefs to be cheaper for what you get. Microsoft should be ashamed.

I purchased this controller and it only worked decent for one day. I brought a brand new pack of Duracell batteries and each time it says the batteries are low, which it takes about two hours for them to completely die. I changed the new batteries and then within two minutes, it's needing a new battery replacement so we keep it connected to a wire which this controller was primarily supposed to be wireless so I don't understand why it's not keeping a charge. I don't know if this controller was a refurbished one or brand new but regardless if it was refurbished, it should've been in a better condition. I just got this controller not that long ago and I do not play my Xbox every single day I play every other time so so whatever is going on with this controller, I want a refund now.

Horrible

Controller was poor quality out of the box, and buttons stopped responding within two weeks of purchase. We've bought a lot of xbox controllers over the years (owned xbox consoles since around 2000). This was by far the worst xbox branded controller we've ever purchased.

Poor Quality

Have bought Xbox remote controllers before, but this time I had it delivered so maybe that is why I am having issues with the controller.   Some buttons will not work when pressed and it feels like this was refurbished; not brand new.  Definitely going to bring back to exchange for another.
