I ha bd e tried all the substitute sugars out there and ended up using sugar in the raw until I found trivia.  I carry it in my purse because not every coffee place carries it! I can even put it on strawberries and be ok with it. Thank you.

I think the smaller packaging is very good. I used to tear off half the paper before I put it in my coffee. Now I just tear off a little bit and I am there. Thank you for making it easier for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with my Truvia all purpose sweetener. The texture and appearance of the product looks just like regular sugar. It bakes up all my low carb treats perfectly. The taste is appealing and can easily pass as real sugar. I literally can't tell the difference between Truvia and regular 
sugar as far as taste. Very good product! I do recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all love dessert.  Who doesnt love to have a great slice of banana bread.   Using Truvia Sweet Complete All-Purpose Sweetenerwas a great experience.  The sweetness was very similar to regular sugar without the added calories.   The texture and taste of my banana bread was delicious. Guilt free means more baking and eating.

Good Stuff

I went to make some sugar-free strawberry-rhubarb jam for my husband only to find that his Truvia Sweet Complete was hard as a rock.  I spent about a half hour chopping at it with a butter knife to get it broken apart.  I eventually put the chunks is a glass measuring cup with a little bit of water and softened it in the microwave.  That part wasn't too bad, but you have to be able get the chunks cut apart to be able to estimate how much should go in the recipe.

I say we had no problem with the Truvia until you changed the packaging.  I used to be able to buy it with a small pour spout that had a screw cap to close it.  We never had hard Truvia with it.  With the zipper bags you end up with Truvia in the zipper and it doesn't always close properly.

New Packaging is the Problem

Hate the new smaller packaging….disaster..hard to open..spills all over.
Change it or you lose a customer!

Love truvia but dropped rating from 5star!

I wanted to say I do not like the new packaging at all.  I know  you are going to say there is no difference in the product but I am having to use 3 packets of truvia for my coffee now and I have trouble with opening it.  I will change sweeteners if the packaging doesn'e improve.

Always bought trivia forever. Now the some executive decided to make these package so small to save a little bit of money. Well guess what you lost me for life as a customer. This is ridiculous. They're so hard to open... Someone who sits in a chair all day long does absolutely nothing has ruined your product...

Changing your pack to these to these tiny ones

The newer packet size makes it difficult to open without spilling! Please reconsider reverting back to come up with a better plan. Who ever came up with this cost cutting idea is obviously doesn’t use packets daily. Frustrated in the am..
