Great with GLP1
Great for people who need more hydration due to GLP1s. Taste is tolerable, but I mix it with liquid IV powders twice a day to avoid dehydration due to lack of hunger. Just make sure to mix with room temp water and then add ice, and it’s great for morning and afternoon system maintenance.
