I have not had this Stamina bike for very long (and have never owned an exercise bike) but I am very pleased with the quality and ease of use this bike has to offer. I definitely like the seat vs a regular bicycle seat. The lowest tension setting is very comfortable for beginners, and I definitely feel the workout on my legs and lower back muscles. The bike was fairly easy to assemble, and not so heavy that it’s a problem to move from one room to another. I think the price was very good for the quality and I would highly recommend this product to friends & family.

Recumbent bike

This recumbent bike was pretty easy for my nephew to put together and it didn’t take long. The bike seat is comfortable and adjusts easily. I love that it’s not overwhelming technical because my 87 year old mother can easily use it.
