Soft leather. Stitching is a little fuzzy. White glove delivery was great. You can tell where people sit. Make sure you don't have a spot like Sheldon.

Looks great

Product looks to be exactly what was pictured.  Arrived on time.  Couch and loveseat both came in damages.  Delivery people said they could tell it had been mishandled before they unloaded.  Sam's has already been contacted and new pieces are being shipped.

Product damages

Super comfortable. I'm not 100% satisfied on the color it is a little more orange than I had hoped. Delivery and set up was outstanding. Arrived in perfect condition. The leather feels wonderful and a great update for our home.

Loved the look of this set online and furniture arrived very quickly, but was not as described. First of all, "PVC" was printed on all three boxes that the items were in. The description clearly states "genuine leather". Additionally, the loveseat had staple holes on the backside in the center of the piece of furniture where staples should never have been in contact and was already visibly peeling on the front side on the upper cushions. Finally, the bottom of the loveseat had a large rip along the bottom. It was clear that this did not occur during shipping as the boxes were not damaged. We only opened there chair and loveseat, never even opened the large sofa since there was extensive damage to the loveseat we just returned the items to one of our local clubs. I will say that the chair was in perfect condition and the pieces were comfortable to sit in.
