At its core, an 850-density, 3-zoned coil system delivers enhanced support where your body needs it most, including the lower back and hips. Layers of Cool Twist® Gel Foam and Cool Twist® Gel Memory Foam help promote airflow, dissipate heat, and provide pressure-relieving comfort throughout the night.

It can take time to adjust to a new mattress. That’s why Sam’s Club members can enjoy a risk-free 100-night in-home trial beginning on the date of delivery.

If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return the mattress or mattress set for a full refund. If you believe your mattress may be defective, please contact Serta Simmons Customer Service to discuss coverage under the 10-year limited warranty.

Made-to-Order & Delivery Information

All Serta mattresses are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.

• RXO White Glove Delivery will contact you by phone, text, and email to schedule delivery.
• A 4-hour delivery window will be provided approximately 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Standard delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• If delivery has not been scheduled within two weeks of the order date, Serta Simmons reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

White Glove Delivery Included

• Delivery and setup in the room of your choice.
• Setup is not available for bases or frames not delivered by RXO.
• Removal and disposal of an old mattress or foundation (excludes waterbeds, platform beds, adjustable bases, and other furniture).
• Delivery personnel may refuse removal of stained mattresses or foundations for safety reasons.
• Upon request, the delivery team may move your existing mattress to another room instead of removing it.
