White Glove Delivery+

White Glove Delivery+ includes: • Set up of the item(s) in the room of your choice. • Assembly of a universal bed frame (if no tools are required). • Setup is not provided for any base or frame not sold by Serta. • Removal & disposal of an old mattress or set • The delivery agent can refuse pickup of any stained mattress and/or foundation for the safety of the drivers. The Member will have to dispose at their own expense. • The member may ask the delivery agent to move a used mattress to another room in lieu of removal. • Removal and disposal does not apply to waterbeds, platform beds, adjustable bases or any other furniture. 100 Night In-Home Trial

It takes time to adjust to your new mattress which is why we want to give Sam’s members up to 100 nights to try it risk-free (trial period starts on the day of delivery). If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your mattress or set for a full refund. If you feel the mattress may be defective, please reach out to our Serta Sam’s Club Customer Service team at (385) 256-9674 to discuss options under the 10-year limited warranty.

• What is the Serta Order Process

All Serta mattresses are made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. • The Member will receive a call, text and email from our White Glove Delivery partner, (RXO) within 48 hours of placing your order to schedule your home delivery. • If you haven’t been contacted within 48 hours, please contact the Serta Sam’s Club team at (385) 256-9674. • You will be provided with a 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. • Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
