I think sometimes it can be hard to get used to a new mattress but honestly the first night I got better sleep then I have in a while. I would definitely recommend this mattress. Serta is the best of the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is thick! I got the softer one because as I age I can’t bear the firm ones. It feels absolutely amazing. I did have a little trouble put it on my bed frame alone so maybe get someone to help. For the price, I think it’s worth it. I’ll always use Serta brand.

No complaints

We got our mattress delivered today, and we love it so much! Both my husband and I are side-sleepers and struggled to get comfortable with our old mattress and always woke up achy. This new mattress from Serta is a major upgrade! We can’t wait to feel well-rested and refreshed!

Like sleeping on a cloud

I purchased this item on September 23rd.  It  was supposed to be delivered on 10/5.  When 10/5 at 2:30pm came around and there still was no delivery, I reached out to the delivery company.  My first try I was hung up on.  I tried the chat feature and was told that my delivery was cancelled because the delivery person was sick and I would need to reschedule.  That's it. No apologies.  I don't think this is the kind of service the Sam's Club or Serta would expect from their delivery people.
