I recently purchased a pillow that claimed to provide great support and comfort. However, I was disappointed to find that it was way too soft and flimsy for my liking. The pillow lacked the necessary firmness to properly support my head and neck, causing discomfort throughout the night. It didn't provide the right level of support that I needed for a good night's sleep. I found myself constantly adjusting and fluffing the pillow to try and find some sort of support, but it was futile. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone who prefers a firmer and more supportive option.

    Perfect pillow

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these Serta pillows a month ago. I've never experienced such a comfortable pillow. I truly love how each pillow contours to your head and neck area. This pillow allows me to be able to sleep a perfect nights sleep. I love it.
