Some sardines are too oily. Not these. Just right amount. We like to add onions chopped with these and eat on crackers. Love the taste for quick protein and healthy in can.

Pleasantly surprised!
Excellent sardines! I have been buying sardines for the health benefits not the taste, until I found these sardines. Good flavor, no fishy aftertaste either. I find the oil not to my liking so I drain the can, but I buy them for the sardines not the oil. If you like sardines, these are the best!

the best deal for sardines and most importantly the HEALTHIEST! They definitely make me gag but totally worth it for the health benefits. PLEASE KEEP THE SKIN AND BONES DONT GO BONELESS. The bones and skin are very VERY nutritious which is very good for calcium.
