  • How will my new mattress topper arrive? Our toppers will arrive compressed in plastic and rolled up in a box. Upon arrival, simply unbox and unroll your topper on top of your mattress. It will expand from its compressed form over the next several hours into its full shape.
  • How long will it take my mattress topper to uncompress? The topper should expand and take its full shape after 1-3 hours of opening; however, it could take up to 48 hours in some cases (like extreme temperatures).
  • My new memory foam topper has a slight odor, is that normal? Like a new car, you may notice a fresh foam scent after opening. This is normal and will dissipate. Just let your topper “air out” by removing any packaging and placing it in a well-ventilated area for 24 to 72 hours.
  • How do I care for my mattress topper? The mattress topper covers (if included) are machine washable cold with mild soap. Tumble dry low heat. Do not iron or dry clean. The foam is spot clean only with cold water and mild soap; do not put foam in the washer or dryer.

Great Mattress Topper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topper has saved my back! I have a 10-year-old mattress that was starting to dip and sag making my back hurt every night. Don't be alarmed when it arrives, it will be a compressed ball that you will wonder how in the world will this ever become what it is supposed to be. Trust me, within 24-48 hours it will decompress into all that you hoped it would be. This topper evened everything out and I am able to sleep flat again! It conforms to your body weight even as you roll and shift. As far as the cooling part of it I'm not sure with the season changing and all, it's hard to say. It is definitely cooler than my previous topper though! With the memory foam, it does make it fairly firm though, which I like, but if you need a softer sleeping surface you may need a pillowtop topper to buffer. Definitely worth it for the money either way! !

Sleeping like a baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattress topper for multiple reasons: 1 I'm a hot sleeper and previous memory foam toppers were way too hot and I was so uncomfortable I ended up just sleeping on the floor for relief, 2 I sleep on my stomach so I need something soft but supportive and usually when it's supportive enough it's too firm to sleep the way I do comfortably. That being said, this topper has the best of both worlds, the comfort and support of a memory foam with the cool softness of a gel. I can't say enough about this topper. In addition, my boyfriend is a back sleeper and he loves this thing and says that his back felt so much better. So now we don't even have to replace our mattress and we are getting great sleep! FYI hangs slightly off the a queen sized bed but to me it's a plus so that it doesn't have that horrible gap with smaller toppers.

Best sleep ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with this mattress pad! I have been sleeping through the night since we put it on the bed! It gave our old mattress new life! I am so glad we didn't have to spend a bunch of money on a new mattress! This mattress pad is so soft and comfortable! I even put one on the guest bed!
