Appliance Delivery 1, Basic Installation 2, and Haul-Away 3 Information for Refrigerators, Washers, Electric Dryers, and Electric Ranges

The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, customer will need to hire 3rd party installer to complete installation. Basic Installation covers standard installations as per the provided guidelines of covers standard connection to existing, up-to-code utilities (like plugging in an electric range or connecting a refrigerator’s water line). It also includes the haul-away of your old appliance. Complex installations, which may require additional time, materials, or specialized equipment, or home modifications are not included in the Basic Installation. Customers are responsible for hiring a third-party installer to complete such installations. 2 step installation - A second appointment may be required with a license installer in some municipalities that require licensed installers in order to complete installation of Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves.

3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

  • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
  • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
  • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
  • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
  • Convert gas or propane lines
  • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
  • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
  • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.
  • Uninstall or relocate built- in appliances. Will haul away only if uninstalled before delivery and if a haul-away service was purchased with delivery. NOTE: Built-in refrigerators cannot be hauled away.

Spacious fridge with WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning the 28 cu. ft. version of this refrigerator for five years I could not wait to upgrade to the bigger size with WiFi. I like Having the ice tray in the freezer means it does not take away from fridge space. The new fridge has 32 cu. ft. Mega Capacity and connects to the Samsung Smart Things app. I can't believe how many groceries, beverages and leftovers it holds and I love the bonus drawer in the fridge section to keep my favorite items handy. The freezer is spacious and I never run out of ice. The sphere-shaped ice cubes also cool my drinks down faster. Controlling the refrigerator and freezer temperature through the Smart Things app is so nice. I have used the Power Cool feature multiple times in preparation for a new grocery haul. The AI Energy Saver Mode is another great feature. I am very happy that I upgraded to this model.

pretty roomy and easy to live with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using this fridge for little while now and it fit my family much better then the old one. Inside is really big, I did not expect so much space, and everything is easier to find. The shelf can move so I can put tall bottles without making weird balancing act, which is nice. The ice maker keep making enough ice for us, and the cooling feel even all around, fruits and milk stay fresh longer from what I see. I also try the phone app, it was little confusing first, but after setup I could check temperature without opening door, kind of handy actually. Water taste clean too after using the filter. It is not perfect because fingerprints show a bit, and learning all the smart things take some time, but after few days it become normal. Anyway, for everyday family use, this one do the job very good, reminds me when everyone come over on weekend and I need lots of food ready.

Spacious and beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Samsung Bespoke Mega Capacity fridge! The amount of space is incredible. There are three large shelves and one small shelf in both doors. There are three drawers; the deli drawer spans the width of the fridge and is tall enough to store or yogurt. The shelves are adjustable and one slides half way back to accommodate extra tall items. The freezer holds so much! It has an additional drawer on top for ice and quick grab items. I could not be more pleased with this purchase! I definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke fridge!
