Excellent Capacity, Cooling & Energy Efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door is one of the best fridges you can purchase when capacity is an important feature for you. It's very wide and with sturdy and adjustable shelving. The beverage center adds even more space for all drinks and filtered water with a 6 cup pitcher with makes filling up small and medium pots a breeze. There's also a bottle filling station which has proven to be very convenient. 
The control panel inside of the fridge also for quick adjustments of temperature, ice making, and app pairing. I think the greatest benefit of the app is it sends an alert if any of the doors are left open. This feature has been a godsend for my family a few times when someone didn't close the freezer completely and I was alerted promptly and able to close before anything began to defrost. It also allows you to quickly lower the temperature of the freezer to bring everything back to its normal temp.

Also have beverage center with Water pitcher at door very fancy and nice auto pitcher filled and auto ice maker option it's a great acquisition it's my second one I upgraded it and I love everything about it very convenient for family who enjoy fridge with a great space.

Great features and capacity

The drink area door allows you to get drinks without opening the entire fridge. It also keeps drinks ice cold. We liked the silver doors for customization and didn't upgrade. The energy efficiency is great as it doesn't make a lot of noise as it turns in to cool.

Best refrigerator we have owned

This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned!  The app helps so much by advising me of the temps, filter life, and the water dispensing is a wonderful feature, as well!  Even though I had to give up some inside space to get the counter depth, it is still plenty of room for a small family and the freezer has a great capacity as well!

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity, quality, appearance are all excellent. The interior is highly adaptable to various size/shape of containers. 2 areas that fall short:
1. (It’s a little picky) but we didn’t even know there was a storage compartment on the upper left door under the water pitcher. Little to nothing fits here and Lord help if you forget about it, because you certainly can’t see it.
2. The ice bin tray in the lower freezer. Absolutely love having the option between a medium size cube or (my favorite) smaller rectangle ice “chips”.But the tray is awkward (if you need to remove it) and gaps around it make it too easy to loose cubes when scooping (witch is why you need to remove it).

Solid Appliance

I’ve only had one problem with the small ice cubes not coming out but it fixed itself on its own so probably just clogged. I did spill a soda on one of the racks and cannot remove it to clean which is annoying. I do love the two types of ice cubes as well as the water dispensing/ water pitcher. I change the filter every six months and it’s not difficult. Overall a great fridge.

Like it!

I had a 22 year old refrigerator, which finally gave up the ghost. The new Samsung refrigerator was ordered and received quickly. 

I like the precise temperature control. A thermometer placed in the top portion of the unit shows the unit maintains temperatures close to the temperature I set. Some other reviews have been critical of the ice maker, but my unit hasn't been a problem. It supplies plenty of ice. I am especially fond of the water dispensing features. There is a provided pitcher which gets filled automatically when even a little water is used from it. There is also a water dispenser for water dispensed into glasses or bottles. The water is cold and filtered. The outer door, which allows access to the water features, is something I have never seen and seems like a good idea. I'm constantly going for water and the design efficiently limits the flow of warm air into the unit while getting water or soft drinks on shelves. 

As for storage, there is minimal capability to adjust shelves and no adjustment for drawers. So far it hasn't been a problem and I don't anticipate it will be. The capacity is adequate for my needs, but others may find it insufficient in the "counter" depth refrigerator I have. My old refrigerator was not counter depth, and it had a lot of wasted space with a large tray drawer, which I never used. It also stuck out into the kitchen, and the new Samsung does not. 

One thing I do not like in the new refrigerator is all the plastic. My old refrigerator had aluminum and glass for drawers and shelves. Also, two drawers were gasketed for an airtight seal in the top portion of the unit. The light plastic construction of shelves and drawers is why I did not give the Samsung refrigerator 5 stars. I think for what this refrigerator cost, glass and metal should have been chosen instead of cheap, lightweight plastic, which is questionable in my mind as to its durability.

Regardless of my dislike of the plastic in the Samsung refrigerator, I think this is a good value appliance and recommend its purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is HUGE so it sticks out way past a normal refrigerator. It seems to stay cool and work fine, the glass front is beautiful. Ice maker is absolute junk, it leaks water like crazy and makes our ice dispenser one big chunk of ice. We bought this because we loved the small ice so much, great in theory,  not in practice.
