Beauty meets performance

This Samsung was one of the only fridges (that we haven't already had) that we were able to get to fit.   Very sleek and well lit.  It is a welcome change change from the typical stainless steel.   Shelves seem study and the ice produces well. The sensors on the doors are helpful.   No meat crisper and the internal water dispenser takes some getting used to but not a big deal for us given our situation and the cost.  Hope to have this one for many years to come.

The flavor is light, refreshing, and mildly sweet while still feeling smooth and balanced. I really liked the clean finish and crisp aftertaste, which made it enjoyable from the first sip to the last. The bubbles were fine and long-lasting, giving it a classy sparkling feel. 1. Ice tray design is subpar.  Keeps falling off.  
2. No cheese drawer
3. Water pitcher dispenser is glitchy.  Stopped working when filter was replaced.

Paradise fridge

The ice drawer comes off the tracks every time we get ice. It’s literally done this from day one. It would get 5 stars if not for this issue and I believe the issue is bad enough that “Bespoke” doesn’t apply.

Ice drawer is a nightmare

We purchased this refrigerator in August 2023. I was very excited to have small ice and large ice inside the refrigerator not on the door as well as having the water inside the refrigerator not on the door. However, about six months ago we started having issues with The small ice dumping water into the container so in order to you use the small ice. I have to break it up 2 to 3 times a day. The other problem with the icemaker tray is that it doesn’t fit in there properly. It’s too small and comes off of the track often. I also have issues with the water, pitcher not filling and having to pull it out and put it back in and move it around to get it to fill. So while I would love to give this five stars, I absolutely cannot and if I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this refrigerator.
