Appliance Delivery 1, Basic Installation 2, and Haul-Away 3 Information for Refrigerators, Washers, Electric Dryers, and Electric Ranges

The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Additional fees will apply for any installation work that exceeds the included Basic Installation service. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, and you will be given a quote before agreeing to additional installation work and fees. You will be responsible for direct payment to the installer for any work exceeding the Basic Installation.

3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

  • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
  • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
  • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
  • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
  • Convert gas or propane lines
  • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
  • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
  • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.
  • Uninstall or relocate built- in appliances. Will haul away only if uninstalled before delivery and if a haul-away service was purchased with delivery. NOTE: Built-in refrigerators cannot be hauled away.

Excellent washer/dryer combo after a year of heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer/dryer combo for over a year in a household with a lot of laundry, and overall I’m very impressed with it. The biggest benefit is being able to put a load in, select Wash & Dry, and come back to clean, dry clothes without moving anything to another machine. The heat pump dryer uses surprisingly little electricity compared with a traditional electric dryer, and drying performance has been very good. Maintenance is important. I clean the lint filter after every load, periodically clean the pump filter, run the self-cleaning cycles when requested, and clean the accessible heat exchanger with a soft brush and vacuum. After more than a year, the heat exchanger still looks very clean, so the filtration and automatic cleaning system appear to work well if you maintain it properly. Large or heavy loads can take longer to dry than a traditional vented dryer, but that is expected with a heat pump system. I would rather have the efficiency and ventless design than the extra speed. So far it has been quiet, efficient, convenient, and reliable. For a family that does frequent laundry, being able to wash and dry in one machine has been much more useful than I expected. I would buy it again.

Best washer dryer combo EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung Bespoke AI all in one combo. I love putting in a load of laundry in the evening and programming the washer to have the load ready when I wake up. We use cheaper electricity and I have a reason to wake up on time! You MUST clean the vent before every wash, which I already was in the habit of doing. It is worth it because you no longer have to worry about a lint fire since the unit doesn’t have to be vented. I love putting in one load and not having to run down to change loads and put clothes in the dryer. I love the App because I can monitor when loads will be ready and plan my time accordingly. My only complaint is that I have to hold a bucket at an angle to drain the tiny hose when I clean the drain trap. The door/cover opens at an angle that doesn’t let you point the hose easily. We had to buy the base because I had to previously sit on the floor to drain the hose and my bucket always overflowed because it was angled too steeply. Overall, I highly recommend this unit to anyone who likes technology, energy efficiency, and less frequent trips to the laundry room.

Love it—set it and forget it.

I’m enjoying the combo wash and dry. Many options and settings. I like the fact you fill up the laundry soap and softener dispensers and it automatically adjusts what you need. When it’s done, Ready to fold no wrinkles. Surprisingly it uses less electricity than my previous individual Samsung washer and dryer. Very efficient. Runs very quiet. You can adjust the dry settings to your needs from damp to well dryerl. Minimal vibration. Very stabilized.gave me more room in my laundry area, which I needed.
