One week of use is not enough time to make a totally accurate assessment.  But, so far, so good!  Both machines have lived up to their positive reviews.

It's efficient, quiet, high speed. I could set it and monitor it from my phone via the Samsung Smart app. It has a very big capacity. I can load all my heavy quilts or pillows and they come out clean and ready to dry.

I love the Samsung Washing Machine. It is quiet and fast with a large drum.

My old washer was so noisy and 1 pair of jeans could keep off balance. This beauty quickly and quietly cleans my clothes.

The 5.2 cu. ft. drum is roomy especially since it doesn't have an agitator. This made washing my bedding a breeze.

My favorite part is the gentle closure. On my old one the lid woukd slip through my hands sometimes and bang so loud. With this machine that is not an issue. I just let go and it closes softly. I can walk out if the laundry room and then start the wash from my app on my phone.

At the end of the day I love my new washer and haven't found a negative yet. I even got it on sale.

I was seriously worried about the no agitator but it has been just fine without one! My clothes are always clean and smelling fresh!! Love this Soo much!  Takes a little extra time to do a load of laundry but Soo worth it.

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer can hold so much clothes in one wash. It makes this SO CONVENIENT WHEN ON A TIME CRUNCH. The connectivity is super easy especially with a samsung phone because then it just tells me when the load is done! The efficiency is nice too because it doesnt take literally 5 hours to wash a load. 45 minutes or less!! Pretreating helps too because then you know that the clothes will be clean! It is an overall high speed product and love it so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty nice washer. A lot better than the front loader I had previously. I have a family of 5 so we wanted a bigger washer. Unfortunately the washer is deeper instead of wider so reaching to the bottom as a 5'2" woman is a bit difficult. Other than that the capacity it holds is great!

Good Washer

One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.  I wanted to try a top loader machine again after many years using a front loader. One of the reasons I went to a front loader was to be able to wash quilt some comforters in. I liked the large capacity of this washer and the fact that I could wash the heavier loads in it. Unfortunately, the clothes came out with strange stuff and debris on them (several times). I’m alone with no kids at home so there weren’t any funky stains on any of my beds or clothes. I also didn’t feel like the comforters got sufficiently wet or soaked in the water. But the worst part was when I put powdered Borax in the washer, it never fully  dissolved. Even when I tried dissolving it in hot water first, there would still be some powder on the comforter/ blankets when the washing cycle was complete. Basically, I felt like my some of my laundry came out dirtier than it went in. 
One feature I did like on the washer was the ability to add extra water to the loads. I did that quite frequently when the top of the clothes were still dry and not covered. 
One of the other reasons I went with this brand was the good reviews.   
I also bought a range/oven from this brand and I’m having issues with it as well. So far, customer service has been nice to deal with but the problem is not resolved yet. I will be doing a separate review on that. 
My contracted that was here working on some remodeling in my laundry room, said he does not recommend Samsung for appliances. 

Gratefully, with Sam’s Club 90 day return Policy on appliances they sell, I was able to return both the washer and dryer and I purchased an LG washer and dryer from them instead. 
I had LG previously with my front loader and I loved them.  I love these new ones as well.
I THINK SAMSUNG SHOULD STUCK WITH MAKING PHONES AND ELECTRONICS, NOT HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES!!

Not a good choice for household appliances!

This washer is horrible! Almost every time this washer gets to the spin cycle, it gets a Ur error, meaning it is unbalanced. It doesn’t matter if it’s towels, jeans, small loads, or big loads this happens continuously. I at times run out of water because the load will restart in the rinse portion of the cycle. So frustrating!

Do not purchase!

Never buy a washer / lg appliance from Sam's Club online.  The delivery date it shows when you order is not even close to when you will receive. We have been waiting for two weeks for just a single update on ETA from our order. No updates, called corporate three times, they have no updates either. Its "pending" shipping from the vendor then once it ships (nobody knows when) it goes to a 3rd party to contact you to schedule a time of delivery. The process is fine - the no communication unless I reached out is not. The fact that they can't even give you an eta is not OK after sitting around my house all day when my order and the Sams App all show will be delivered on "X" day so I plan around it. No calls, nothing. Mind you, I ordered the washer 4 days prior to that date, I waited. Now two weeks later, still crickets from the vendor and Sams Club has no answers. This is all a big joke. I HIGHLY recommend just going to Lowes or Home Depot and grabbing one in person. The extra savings from Sams online is NOT worth the hassle.
