I gave this ring to my wife for our 40th year wedding anniversary.    We were not disappointed with this ring.  It's gorgeous!  Two friends who visited her noticed it right away.  Even one of the receptionists at a clinic remembers her 2nd visit because of the ring, according to her.

Very beautiful ring and excellent quality. Was just as expected. Natural Genuine Rubies are not super shiny. This ring has a nice sparkle with the Diamond Accents. The Rose Gold band has a good width. Definitely Recommended and decently priced.

I purchased the 14K rose gold Allura ruby ring on the Sam's Club website on November 26, 2023.
I received the ring on November 29th. I want to return it because the color of the ruby looks dull and cheap.
I started requesting a return from Sam's Club and the Sam's Club website on November 30th but it has been very difficult and nothing has come of it so far.
I don't understand why I can't return an order I'm not satisfied with?
I've never encountered anything like this. It has been more than 20 days, and I don’t know if Sam’s Club or the website can help me return the ring that I am not satisfied with.
