Roborock Saros 20X Thin, Self-Lifting Robot Vacuum and Mop, 36,000 Pa Suction Hyper Force and Multi-Fuction New RockDock

I was a longtime iRobot Roomba user and always thought it was the gold standard for robot vacuums. But I decided to try something new and bought two Roborock Saros 10R units — one for my main floor and another for the second floor. To my surprise, the Saros 10R performs exceptionally well. Unlike my old Roomba, it doesn't bump into walls or furniture. Its advanced sensors allow it to curve gracefully around obstacles without even touching them — and I no longer have to worry about iPhone cables being dragged or tangled. The mopping function is also impressive and adds noticeable convenience to daily cleaning. My only wish is for a future feature that could clean along baseboards as thoroughly as it does room perimeters. Overall, the Saros 10R exceeded my expectations — smart, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. I'll definitely buy another Roborock in the future.

Yes, this is pricey; however, the relief and time back I get from not having to worry about mopping and vacuuming is AMAZING!! I do wish there was a way to sense/alert when the vacuum bag was full, and that the vacuum was better on carpet, but otherwise I am very happy with the Saros 10R so far. (note majority of my flooring is LVP with the occasional carpet squares for pet areas, including litter boxes) One other thing, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!! It is very difficult to figure out which accessories go with the Saros 10R. Would be great if there was a filter for the type of vacuum you have so you know the accessories that are there will work with your product. As of right now the website is just set up to sell more product, not to support your customers who have already purchased, which is EXTREMELY frustrating at this price point. Please do better!
