How Do You Prepare Main St. Bistro Baked Scalloped Potatoes?

Oven (preferred method):

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
  2. Remove tray from package and remove film.
  3. Place container on a baking tray and heat in oven for 20-25 minutes or until hot.

Microwave:

  1. Remove tray from package and remove film.
  2. Heat on high for 7-8 minutes or until hot. If microwave doesn't auto rotate, heat for 4 minutes and turn tray 1/2 turn and heat an additional 3-4 minutes.
  3. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Enjoy!

Microwave ovens vary, adjust heating times as needed.

NOTE: Do not prepare in toaster oven or broil.

We got a free turkey with a ham this year and being on a low carb diet did not want to make our normal big dish of scalloped potatoes. These tasted great and could be kept is small enough portions to "sort of" be on our low carb diet. Had enough ham that we went and bought another package.
