They're perfect for a quick snack, or nutritious and tasty meal any time of day that's packed with protein and low in carbs! Unlike most breaded chicken items that are breaded in processed flours and grains, ours are breaded in grain-free chickpea flour, seasonings, and whey protein! Only 4g net carbs, 23g protein and 1g of sugar per serving! Made with real, simple ingredients: Chicken Breast, Egg, and Seasonings.

Cooking Instructions

Air Fryer (Preferred)

1. Preheat air fryer to 330°F. Place 15-17 frozen chunks in the basket ensuring they are not overlapping. 

2. Cook for 12 minutes flipping halfway through for even cooking (optional) or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 

3. Let cool for 1 minute. Enjoy!  

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 

2. Place 17-19 frozen chunks on an oven-safe pan on center rack ensuring they are not overlapping. 

3. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 

4. Let cool for 1 minute. Enjoy!

They Are Realgood!

We love these at our house. Just throw some in the airfyer and they're ready to go. I think the best thing about them is even though they are breaded it's all chicken. Usually when something is called breaded chicken, you rarely get any chicken. You end up pulling off all the breading just to find a small piece of chicken. Also, the healthier option since there are no seed oils.

Quick Meal for Dietary Restricted Folks

A good alternative to making grain free chicken nuggets yourself. I usually cook them slightly longer than the package suggests to get the breading more well done. Be careful when doing this the almond flour in the breading burns more easily than other flours. I have not found a good way to cook these without burning them. The breading is usually still soggy on one side, if you do not burn the breading. The price is also reasonable compared to other brands with similar dietary guidelines.
