I am not sure if it is because this was delivered by Sam's or if Peter Thomas Roth usually makes the product so dry, but there is very little serum/product on the gel patches. I have purchased other eye gels from this brand which were significantly more moist. I do not think I will buy this via Sam's Club again due to the poor product condition.

Unfortunately, I ended up returning the eye patches because they were too dry without serum in the container. It was disappointing because Peter Thomas Roth makes amazing products.
