I am not sure if it is because this was delivered by Sam's or if Peter Thomas Roth usually makes the product so dry, but there is very little serum/product on the gel patches. I have purchased other eye gels from this brand which were significantly more moist. I do not think I will buy this via Sam's Club again due to the poor product condition.

I've never bought this brand before. I was very disappointed in the amount of product on the hydra gels. Especially for the price.

Unfortunately, I ended up returning the eye patches because they were too dry without serum in the container. It was disappointing because Peter Thomas Roth makes amazing products.

They were dried. No serum on the eye patches. Product was expired
