Terrible customer service
This has been a debacle at best. I ordered it two months ago. It showed up today without notification and no one to receive it with multiple damages to the boxes. AND THEY BROUGHT 1/2 the order in one color and the other 1/2 in a different color. Sam’s member service had been polite but unless. They know nothing and can do nothing, never return calls when the say they will, not able to give me any feasible updates. Save yourself don’t buy this set!
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry to hear that the wrong items arrived. If you would please contact POLYWOOD's Customer Service through our Help Center; we want to get this corrected for you. Thank you, POLYWOOD Team
Horrible shipping experience
Can’t comment on the product yet because it is three weeks past the delivery date and we still don’t have the product. Not sure why Sam’s Club, an American company with deep pockets would use Maersk as their shipping company. I have spent hours on the phone with Sam’s Club and Maersk trying to find our order. Of course Sam’s Club charged my CC right away. It has been six weeks since order date. If the items ever do arrive I will add comments about quality.
Hi Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are really sorry to hear about the frustration with your order experience. We understand that longer production times can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. We hope that once your furniture arrives, you will be able to enjoy your furniture for a years to come! We appreciate your feedback! Thank you! Best, Stephanie
relax folks. Sure the shipping date was wrong, but it came and was great just like I expected. Be patient people.
