About this item

Product details

A healthy addition to any meal, Baby Bella mushrooms look similar in size and shape to white mushrooms but they’re hardier and provide a deeper earthy taste.

Baby Bellas, Figs, Honey and Brie

Do you need an easy recipe idea this fall? This one is a huge crowd pleaser and looks absolutely stunning. The creamy sweet and savory combination keeps you coming back for more.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
  • 1 Wheel of Brie Cheese
  • 2 Fresh Figs (in season from late June through early fall)
  • 1/2 Cup Honey

Instructions:

Simply sauté mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil, thyme with a pinch of salt. Then top a brie wheel with mushrooms and warm slightly in the oven, 10 minutes at 350°F should do the trick. Top that warm melted mushroom/brie wheel with some halved figs and drizzle with local organic honey. Serve with crackers of your choice.

Five-Star Find: Organic Baby Bella Mushrooms

These organic baby Bella mushrooms have consistently exceeded my expectations. Every pack delivers plump, generously sized mushrooms that are both flavorful and fresh. Whether sautéed, roasted, or added to pasta, they bring a rich, earthy depth that instantly elevates any dish. What sets them apart even more is the outstanding value. For the quality and quantity you get, it’s a smart choice that doesn’t skimp on excellence. I’ve returned to purchase them time and again—and they’ve never let me down. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates top-tier produce without breaking the bank!

Great product

Love these shrooms! They last a long time without getting slimey. Perfect on a salad, pizza or grilled. They work perfectly for stuffing as an hors d'oeuvre

Delicious Organic Mushrooms

We use mushrooms quite often at our house. Sometimes to put in salads and sometimes to sauté and put on top of the steak. These mushrooms did not disappoint.
