They're easy to carry with me wherever I go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It feels very nice and it does it's job. Clean teeth always. I like the mintie flavor too. You can carry them easy. They're definitely worth the money.

Quality Control

I didn't like that they were all clumped together in the bag. I think it compromised the integrity of the product and weakened the strength of the picks.

New version is terrible!!

These were the only floss sticks I would use for YEARS because it was a high quality product. Their new version is terrible! I returned the packaged because I thought I got a bad batch but this is their new version. They immediately begin to shred between your teeth and then you need a new one to get the floss out! Go back to the old version Oral-B!!! I do not recommend this product at all! 0/5

reply from Oral-B

Lissette, we're truly sorry to learn your Scope Outlast Floss Picks have been breaking and getting caught in your teeth. Your feedback and loyalty to Oral-B is truly valued. Our recent transition to a new micro-textured fiber was made to enhance cleaning performance. This new design is intended to slide easily between tight spaces and provide a gentle yet effective clean. However, we understand that everyone’s oral health needs are unique. If you find the floss getting stuck between your teeth, we recommend discontinuing use. While there are no plans to revert to the previous formulation, your feedback will be shared with our product development team for future considerations. Your oral health and comfort are our top priorities, and we take all reports of adverse effects very seriously. We'd really like to share your feedback with our safety team. So we can offer further help, please call us at (800) 566-7252.
