Om Mushrooms Master Blend Capsules, Organic Mushroom Supplements for Immunity, Gut Health, and Stress Relief, 195 ct

Overall impression: Om is not a stimulant, appetite suppressant, or quick-fix supplement. It works at the nervous-system level, and that distinction matters. What I noticed most: A pronounced calming effect, especially noticeable in the morning and after meals. Eating became slower and more intentional without effort. Fullness cues arrived earlier, naturally A mild, almost massage-like drowsiness at first — not groggy, but deeply relaxing. This was not “sleepy” in a negative way. It felt like my system was finally allowed to downshift after being chronically tense. Unexpected but important effect: The calm was strong enough initially that I had to remind my body to stay awake. Light movement helped. Over time, that intensity softened, suggesting a regulation effect rather than sedation. How it supported eating habits: Om did not control hunger — it changed my relationship to it. I only drink water now. Portions became smaller without feeling deprived, and the urge to snack diminished because the constant internal urgency quieted. Who this is best for (in my opinion): People with a dysregulated nervous system. Those who eat quickly, emotionally, or under stress. Anyone seeking support for mindful eating rather than weight-loss tricks. Who may struggle with it: Anyone expecting energy, stimulation, or immediate productivity. People who dislike feeling deeply relaxed during the day. Bottom line: Om feels less like a “diet supplement” and more like a reset button for the nervous system. It supports healthier eating indirectly by restoring calm, not by forcing control. That makes it subtle, powerful — and not for everyone. My opinion: If you understand why it works, it's excellent. If you're expecting hype, you'll miss the point. All I know is it works for me.
