[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have looked at other retailers for this item and your price had them beat. I always look for deals before I purchase anything and Walmart has been one of my go to stores, thank you for keeping your prices down.

The soft serve lid is a nightmare to use Comes apart every time  we have to try and get it off. We got this machine because of the soft serve option and cant even use it because it is so hard to get off it requires pliers to do it. The the lid falls apart so we cannot do soft serve cone which was the reason for paying 450.00 that I can only use half of.

Most fun we've had in a while. Beats a trip to the ice cream store. There is a learning curve, but it's quick

Great Buy

Got this for my daughter for a bday gift as she was wanting one for a while, was excited to get it%26after had it for a bout a week%26went thru all the functions, only a few really did what they were supposed to, so in all would have been better buying something cheaper would have gotten more in the long run...live and learn

So So machine...

It is just a fancy blender. in my opinion.  It does not chill or keep the ice cream cold just blends it to  soften it.  10 minutes on counter will do that for free.    you have to freeze the ice-cream for 24 hours.    So if your planning on using for party or something you  have to make ice-cream  the day before.  easier just to by from store already made.

This is a glorified blender and press. The Snoopy slushie maker was more of an ice cream machine than this overpriced gadget. You have to make the ice cream in your freezer, slop it into the thing, and then it squeezes it into a swirly pattern for you- all for the low price of nearly $400.  We got duped- maybe you won’t.

The machine looks very high-tech, but it’s very bulky. It’s way too many instructions and way too much of a hassle just to make ice cream. I’m definitely not a fan and actually returned it after the first time I used it. It doesn’t make much ice cream when you do make it and way too many things that can go wrong.
