Overly complicated

Cameras easy to install. Kinda a pain to get them working. Can't get them to connect to app and DVR at the same time. Chatted with technical support and they seemed kinda rude and wouldn't listen to me. They have a lot of functions that seem over the top. Would be worth the money if they were easier to use.

DO NOT BUY!!

I generally don't write a review unless a product is extremely good or extremely bad, so here it is. This product was absolute junk. I purchased it to monitor construction business. When I play back any recording, it will glitch or skip over motion all together. All the playback features are despairingly slow and remind me of the operating system on a Windows 95 computer. If someone wanted to shoplift from my business, this camera would hardly be a deterrent. Shame on Night Owl for offering such a pathetic product and shame on Sam's Club for not pulling it from their shelves. I wasted hundreds of dollars and a day of my time installing it. That is all.
