Nice air conditional

Nice little window air conditioner that is easy to install with minimal tools, just a screwdriver. Assembles with two people within about 10 to 15 minutes. Power cord with a built-in GFI breaker. And we'll keep you cool in the hottest day it is perfect for a 10x12 room. Only had the product for about a week and a half, let's see how finishes out the season. Hope you find this review helpful.

Window air conditioner

This was purchased as a gift for my Sister in Law who is a Senior Citizen and has had heart related problems to help her cope with the hot Summer Days ahead.

I bought this as a gift for a Senior citizen Lady.

It works great for our small bedroom. Keeps the menopausal women nice and cool at night. Husband needs extra blankets but he isn’t complaining when I wake up cool and happy.

Cold enough for menopause

Everything works great ! It has has not failed yet, we ran it 24 hours out of the box and still have not had any problems.

Performance is extremely well in the Desert

The unit works very well it was easy to install, The remote is easy to use.

Installed in an office room on the top floor, this room is hard to keep cool in the summer.  So far so good, the real test is in two months when the temperatures will certainly be in the 90s.

The unit had damage on the back of it.  There was no damage to the box.  I took pictures of unit and the box.  Who can I contact?

Terrible. Super loud. Did I mention…. Obnoxiously loud? It cool but it’s sounds like it’s an about to fall apart. The customer service was atrocious. Thank God I bought through Sam’s club so I don’t have to argue about why I am returning. I am returning and going with LG since I have no issues with any LG air conditioners I’ve purchased

Do not buy

He had to return it and got another and it won't allow to cool lower than 74° setting but not cooling the room. ..it says can set to 62... Hes wanting to return this one also. We have a different make and model in our bedroom hardly ever use it as we have a new home, but it works perfectly. Sorry, I rarely give a 1 star.
