This was one of our best choices for a large recipe of Strawberry Poked Cheesecake Desserts to serve at a Ladies Retreat! We didn’t have to make the cakes! We purchased a box of these frozen made vanilla cakes! Once the day arrived we pulled them out, put them in some disposable containers, added the extra touches, (the poking and adding the strawberry jello, letting it chill, adding the cheesecake/real strawberry mixture over top, then topped with cool whip and some real strawberries on each individual cut!)! It was delicious! The texture was perfect! It saved a lot of extra work and cleanup! Got a big event and need to serve some cake that you have specific recipes for, here’s your go to! Economical in price, as well.
