Delivery, Substitution and Cancellation Information

Sam's Club utilizes FedEx or UPS for overnight priority deliveries. You'll receive an email with a tracking number the day before your delivery date, which can be tracked online or via your SamsClub.com account. Ensure someone is present on the delivery date, with metropolitan area deliveries between 8am-12pm and rural or suburban ones between 8am-4:30pm. Delays may happen due to weather or US Customs holds. Although overnight shipping is used, allow at least 7 days for handling and shipping. No deliveries occur on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, and they are unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Varieties may be substituted for freshness. We strive to exceed your expectations with our substitution choices.

Gorgeous! Could not have been better!

I had these delivered two days before my wedding like suggested and followed instructions that were sent. The flowers came with a free stem clipper. My mom and I were blown away by how pretty they were! The roses were perfect and beautiful and very full! I couldn't have been happier with this set! Do NOT hesitate and order these for your wedding! Customer service was so helpful throughout the entire process too!!!

These flowers were awesome. Arrived as scheduled, packaged very well. the wedding was on a Monday so requested a Thursday delivery. I was concerned about the number of days in advance that we would receive the flowers, but following directions and keeping them in a cool place retained their beauty. They were more beautiful and fresher than expected.

Beautiful wedding with perfect flowers!

The flowers arrived as planned and were incredibly beautiful! Exactly what we wanted for a fraction of the cost wedding florists were quoting. We ordered the largest package- NOTE there was a lot of time needed to cut the ends of bouquets and centerpieces to place in water! You will need vases or something to put them in until the wedding. 100% would choose this option again!!!!!
