Introduction to Member’s Mark 1400 mg Turmeric Extract

Member’s Mark 1400 mg Turmeric Extract is a revered health food supplement, celebrated globally for its multiple uses. This product, derived from a plant, is not only a popular supplement but also a spice, a natural food colorant, and a cosmetic ingredient.

Health Benefits

This Turmeric Extract is known for relieving temporary joint inflammation and pain, particularly after overexertion during intensive physical activity. It may also support a healthy heart and cardiovascular system, contributing to overall wellness and good health. The Curcuminoids found in Turmeric are powerful antioxidants, scientifically proven to prevent the formation of free radicals and neutralize already-formed free radicals.

Scientific Evidence

Curcuminoids demonstrate a higher ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) value than green tea extract, green coffee extract, and grape seed extract. Ancient Ayurveda texts have extolled the benefits of turmeric for nearly 2,500 years, and modern science has corroborated its health benefits. Curcuminoids from Curcumin C3 Complex are standardized for a minimum of 95% Curcuminoids, making them potent antioxidants.

Product Details

The Turmeric (Curcumin C3 Complex®) is extracted from the dried rhizomes of Curcuma longa, and Black Pepper (Bioperine®) is extracted from the fruits of Piper Nigrum plant. The product is contained in vegetarian capsules and has no distinctive taste or flavor.

“Free of” Claims

This Turmeric Extract is free of artificial sweeteners or added sugars, synthetic dyes, artificial flavors, preservatives, dairy/lactose, soy, and gluten.

Great Addition to Daily Routine

In researching the benefits of Turmeric, I am happy I have added this supplement to my daily routine. I am a 56 year old type 1 diabetic who suffers with osteoarthritis, would like to lose a few pounds and is not enjoying the aging process. It would be nice to see changes immediately/overnight, but the benefits of taking a supplement can be seen over time. Here are the benefits that are important to me that turmeric has shown to help: Decreases level of glucose in the blood (Diabetes), Anti Inflammatory (Osteoarthritis), Anti-aging and promotes skin health, Increases metabolic rate to burn calories faster, helps prevent heart disease and depression, helps you sleep better. There are many other benefits to taking turmeric these are the ones that are important to me. I am so glad that I have been introduced to this great supplement.

Inflammation Relief Naturally

I started taking turmeric to alleviate inflammation following worsening back issues. I am now on my third bottle and I can say that I have noticed a reduction of pain in my back, and my hands are less swollen as I notice my rings are looser. The pills are easy to take and I have not had any stomach upset, burping, or aftertaste issues. This formulation also contains BioPerine (pepper) which help improves the absorption and thus increases its effectiveness.

Tumeric

We’ve been taking this turmeric for about a month. It has really helped my husband feel better. He struggles with stiff knees, he was a football player, and this has made getting up from chair much easier, and getting out of bed not be painful.
