Member’s Mark™ Timed-Release Melatonin 10 mg Tablets are formulated to provide a gradual release of melatonin during the night to support healthy sleep quality.* Each tablet is free from artificial colors or flavors, sugar, gluten, and lactose. Packaged in a bottle containing 300 tablets, this product provides a little over nine months of supply.
Quality Sleep
Melatonin is a naturally occurring compound that is produced by the body during the night in response to darkness. It signals the body that it is time to sleep and helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle, known as the circadian rhythm.*
As a dietary supplement, melatonin has been shown to help promote healthy, normal sleep/wake rhythms and patterns.* When taken together with Vitamin B6, it may help support melatonin for restful sleep.* Adults should take one tablet just prior to or at bedtime, as melatonin can induce drowsiness and sleep.
Usage Precautions
Pregnant or nursing women, individuals taking sedatives or other medication(s), or persons who have a health condition or are experiencing long-term sleep difficulties should consult their physician before using this product. Life Changing Sleep
Taking these Member’s Mark melatonin pills has significantly improved my sleep by helping me fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. Before I started using them, I often struggled with restlessness and inconsistent sleep patterns that left me feeling tired and unfocused during the day. Since incorporating melatonin into my nightly routine, I've noticed a more regular sleep schedule and a deeper, more restful sleep overall. I have been using this Members Mark Melatonin for just over a week and it seems to work really well. I like that it’s a time released tablet. I have had a better nights rest and feel rested in the morning. I have not noticed any drowsiness waking up like I have experienced from other melatonin products.
