it clearly states that this is a basic 10 inch cake that can be used to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or any celebration you would like. meaning it's a blank canvas to decorate as you choose to.... it doesn't come as pictured. reading a description and actually comprehending it, is fundamental... but then again common sense has been declining lately. it's a good cake, you decide on the decorations, it does not come with the candles, you buy them separately.
