Each Member's Mark Seafood Boil Kit delivers frozen ingredients to lock in flavor and freshness, so you can enjoy a restaurant quality boil any time, with no hassle. Just boil, and enjoy!

Cooking Instructions (Do not thaw contents):

1. Boil Liquid

• Fill Pot with 6 quarts (24 cups) of water.
• Add ½–1 cup seasoning blend. Stir and taste. Add more seasoning blend ¼ cup at a time, tasting after each addition, until you reach your desired intensity. Add optional onion, lemon, garlic.
• Bring to a rolling boil.

2. Add Potatoes: Boil 10–15 min. until nearly tender.

3. Add Corn: Boil for 5–7 min.

4. Add Snow Crab: Boil for 5–7 min.

5. Add Shrimp: Boil 2–3 min. until pink and opaque and remove from heat. Overcooking shrimp will make them rubbery.

6. Drain & Serve:

• Drain using colander or remove with tongs.
• Serve on a platter or newspaper-covered table.
• Garnish and serve with melted butter.
