We had drank powdered milk growing up when my family had financial difficulties and it tasted terrible. We ended up mixing it with regular milk to make it paliatable. This milk is much better. My kids will actually drink it even though they say it tastes different. Its a great value too. We were expecting a much smaller package. Its great for our food storage and comes in packages that can be put on a shelf instead of a bucket.

Great taste, large package

I like using this powdered milk to make up batches of hot chocolate mix, it works very well, I also add it to some of yeast roll recipe's. even add to regular milk to make it a more concentrated milk flavor in some recipes.

Great way to add milk to recipes

Easy to understeand a

Needed to be able to have milk on hand for more than just recipes and I was worried this would have an unpleasant after taste.  After using for a month for everything I am pleased with the purchase. I'm guessing our bag of milk powder was not sitting around a hot warehouse for months on end because the powder was bright white and had little aftertaste. When using for drinking milk, use cool water and a glass container, we did not need to mix in sweetener or vanilla to make it palatable.  We do occasionally mix in some dry Coffeemate to get a richer milk.  I also tried it with 1 can of whole evaporated milk to make yogurt, came out great. I will continue to buy MM brand dry milk.

Flashback to the late 1970's and 80's on Milk

The milk is good, but the "resealable" bag always comes apart. I have to transfer it to an airtight canister. Also, the "Best By" date reads Feb 10 2023 and it is now 2026. I just purchased last week.

poor packaging

five star product. great value. but for the past year, every single bag I've gotten the zipper top is not connected to the bag. therefore you cannot reseal it

Product is good. But packaging is horrible. Peeled the strip off to open and expose the resealable part. The entire bag ripped the resealable part was not even attached to one side of the bag. Make sure you have a container large enough to put product in for storage. As it will not be able to stay in its bag.

powdered milk

Received with big hole in the bag and powdered milk all over the box. Got no response from Sam's after reporting it.

Bag was packed with heavy items and there was holes in the milk when I received it.

Dry milk

Just received my order. 
As others have complained about the package was not resealable (see picture). 
That wasn't a problem as I have a FoodSaver and packaged them it into portions that would make 1/2-gallon. 
Was doing fine until I only came up with enough to make 16-1/2 qts. 
I weighed my bags and all were very close.
Next step was to measure and weigh 4-scoops (1-1/3 cups) = 120 grams of product.
120g (1qt milk) * 22 = 2.64 kg 
Product Advertised Weight is 70.4oz (1.99kg) 

Additional Note: The 2nd bag had a hole in the packaging crease (see picture). Others complained/advised to check for this. It was not a problem with shipping nor created while opening the shipping box. 
It was shipped in this condition.
