Great substitute for fresh green chilies

Excellent flavor food cooking. Sometimes when in a pinch you want to slip chipping green chilies for soups or heavier, this is a fabulous substitute and available at the flip of the bottle top. I'm still working out the amount to use for getting the spicy kick but that's a good problem to have. I use it from when building the base so that the flakes have time to rehydrate and not cause throat irritation if added later.
