Flower Care and Conditioning:
Before your greens ship, they are prepared for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your greens appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey, it is absolutely normal. Just follow these simple steps for proper re-hydration:

  • Unpack your greens immediately upon arrival
  • Keep in cooler or dark cool place until ready to use.
  • Add/arrange flowers as desired
  • This product does not contain flower food
  • Do not place greens in direct sunlight or near fruits and vegetables.
  • Change water and re-cut stems every 3 days
  • Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline of your container. Leaves will rot and cause bacteria to form and shorten the life.

Important Delivery Information:

  • Sam's Club uses FedEx or UPS for priority overnight delivery service.
  • One day before your requested delivery date, you will receive an email letting you know your order has shipped. You will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your package online at www.FedEx.com or www.UPS.com. You can also obtain your tracking number by signing into your SamsClub.com account.
  • It's recommended to have someone available to receive your order on the delivery date. This will ensure that your order is not left at the doorstep or sent back for next day delivery.
  • For metropolitan areas deliveries arrive between 8am and 12pm. For Suburban or rural areas deliveries arrive between 8am to 4:30pm.
  • Shipments may be delayed by weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as US Custom Holds or weather which could result in shipping and/or delivery dates being modified. Please check your tracking number and contact FedEx or UPS for delivery holds or pick up options concerning weather delays.
  • Although your order will be shipped overnight, please allow a minimum of 7 days for the handling and shipping process.
  • No deliveries can be made on Monday, Saturday or Sunday. Holiday schedules may differ from regular shipping schedules i.e. Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, etc.
  • Fresh Flowers are available for delivery Tuesday - Friday to the 48 contiguous states
  • Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Substitution Policy:
To assure optimum freshness, different varieties may be substituted based on availability. In making substitutions, we take great care to ensure that we exceed your expectations, and that you will be satisfied with the flower quality and performance.

Gorgeous Lush & Fresh!

Greenery was fresh and gorgeous! We ordered 5 25’ers for my daughter’s wedding. I had it delivered Wednesday as suggested for a Sunday event. These are big boxes, they will not fit into a reg refrigerator. Our temps were in mid/high 70s, lows 50-60 night. I was worried this was too warm, so I placed an ice pack in middle of each box, and on the tops and covered with a big moving blanket to keep shaded and keep the coolness in. It was a little work to do this a couple times a day. The greens do come with a plastic wrap to help keep moisture in as well. These looked just as good on Sunday as when they arrived even with battling almost 80 degree temps. We used one on head table, and cut the others to six feet for each 8’ guest table. Left over went on the dessert table and around the wedding cake stand. We bought other bulk flowers and mixed accent greens; babies breathe to make little floral clusters to tuck into the greenery every foot or so. I was happy with the result; so glad we went with this look, and it looked stunning on top of gauze runners and wood tables with various types of staggered candles. NOTE: It is thick & lush as it is twined together tightly; some branches are thicker than flower stems so regular floral sheers will not do it; we were so lucky my husband had a large pair of tin snips which did the trick. Be prepared if you plan to cut any; have heavy duty snips, loppers, or a small hand saw! We did not precut, we waited to morning of wedding and cut at venue; again so lucky he had those snips because I did not even think the cutting would be an issue; we would have been in distress trying to cut with even brand new floral sheers and would have had to make a run to a hardware store!

Buy these! They are beautiful and economical

These garlands were amazing and exceeded my expectations. They were fresh and full and arrived exactly when promised (even during the Covid-19 pandemic, when most things being shipped we’re getting delayed these were shipped and delivered right on time) They arrived on a Thursday and I kept them in their shipping bag and box in our basement till the wedding on Saturday. I misted them a couple of times a day with water. The wedding was a hot windy day in June, and even after sitting out in the hot sun for over 9 hours they were still fresh when we cleaned them up that night.

Wedding garland

We ordered 13 of these garland for our daughters wedding. 12 of them were delivered the Thursday before the wedding just as expected. The 13th garland and some roses that we ordered weren’t delivered until Friday. We had already left for the wedding. Luckily these garlands are long 25ft so we were able to make do and it looked gorgeous! Everyone commented on the tables. Sams was great and tried to get the 13th garland and roses to us before we left but wasn’t able to and they refunded our money for those to items. Unfortunately, deliveries are crazy right now. When I received the garlands, I did spray them down with water and then on Friday we set them on the tables. We should have sprayed them again Friday night but didn’t. We did spray them 3 times on Saturday just to make sure they looked great at wedding time and they did! Highly recommend, as we saved a lot of money using these and they were beautiful! Just have a back up plan or have a little flexibility if they aren’t delivered until the day before instead of two days before (not Sams fault). I will definitely order again.
