Made-to-Order Production and White Glove Delivery

All mattresses are made to order. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for production and delivery.

• Scheduling: You will receive a call, text, and email from the White Glove Delivery partner (RXO) to schedule delivery.
• Delivery window: RXO provides a 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Delivery hours: Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Order policy: If delivery has not been scheduled within 2 weeks of the order date, Sam's Club reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

In-Room Setup and Mattress Haul-Away

• In-room setup: White Glove delivery includes setup of the item(s) in the room of your choice.
• Setup limitations: Setup is not provided for any base or frame not delivered by RXO.
• Old mattress removal: Removal and disposal of an old mattress or set is included (excludes waterbeds, platform beds, adjustable bases, or any other furniture).
• Condition requirements: The delivery agent can refuse pickup of any stained mattress and/or foundation for the safety of the drivers.
• Alternative to disposal: You may ask the delivery agent to move a used mattress to another room in lieu of removal.
