These raw large shrimp are peeled and deveined with the tail removed making them ideal for all sorts of recipes from Mexican to Chinese and American cuisine. Recommended Thawing/Cooking Instructions

1. Place frozen Member's Mark Large Raw Shrimp into a colander or strainer and cover.

2. Place plate underneath colander and refrigerate 8-10 hours.

3. Rinse under cold running water and drain.

4. Shrimp is ready to cook. Season your shrimp with salt and pepper (and any other desired spices like garlic powder, paprika, or herbs) before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

I purchased these shrimp because they are easy to thaw. Just a little or lot. Anytime I use these. They taste fresh and because they're peeled and divined, it's less work in most of my dishes. I like the size of these. They are not too little and not too big.
