Get ready to melt (the butter) :)
I try very hard to pick out the best ones and I really don’t know what I’m doing but I must be pretty lucky because I’ve never had a bad one. They are lovely. I boil them and then when they’re almost cooked cover them with butter and broil them cut them right out of the shell to serve. Pick ‘n Save‘s are too small vendor on hwy 100 and Beloit are too big and mushy (sorry) i’m sure he means well. But the Sam’s Club deals are perfect. Never had a bad one knock on wood. I know it can happen, but again knock on wood.

You don't boil lobster tails like a whole lobster. You broil them . If you do then it turns out like mush.
