Chèvre goat cheese log

Perfect for making base Alfredo, which is heavy cream, real butter, and Chèvre unlike Parmesan, this melts smoothly and I grate Parmesan for individual topping. I have used it in egg dishes and some baked casseroles. I find it absorbs spices well. I personally use goat milk butter also and A2 heavy cream or A2 half and half for the sensitive tummy’s for my Alfredo sauce, Cajun spice or Italian depending on your taste buds.

Great Cheese! Need it in Midwest City Sam's

I love this goat cheese. Make an egg and cheese omelet with it daily. Don't like that they had it in two different Sam's Club's. But don't have it in Midwest City so I have to go miles out of my way to another Sam's Club and then buy four and freeze some.

Love this goat cheese! I buy 2 at a time & freeze.

Great tasting goat cheese !! There is a lot of cheese in this package so I put it into the freezer just to get it slightly firm. I then cut into slices and put them into a foodsaver bag. This enables me to get out just the amount that I need. This prevents the delicious cheese from spoiling before I need it. I am the only one in my family that eats it. It is DELICIOUS, especially in scrambled eggs.
