This grill works extremely well, we have cooked a lot of meals on it. Can't wait to cook breakfast and fajitas on it as well.

durable and well-disigned

I haven't fired it up yet, but I'm already excited about this 4-burner griddle. The size is impressive, the build looks solid, and I can already picture weekend breakfasts, smash burgers, and cookouts for family and friends.
Assembly was straightforward, and everything appears well-made. If it cooks as good as it looks, this griddle is going to get a lot of use.

High quality

This is a fantastic griddle; it heats up evenly, allows for adjustable temperature control, and makes everything—whether pan-fried or stir-fried—taste incredibly delicious. It creates a perfect texture—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It works wonders for dishes like fried rice and noodles, allowing you to easily cook over a dozen servings at once. It truly makes for a wonderful addition to any family gathering.

An excellent teppanyaki experience

Clearly has issues with final paint..cooking performance is good, but we literally used it once and the paint bubbled and started peeling off in sheets… Before anyone says it…we did not cook with the cover closed…I tried to post a pic but had issues.  It looks exactly like the other users photos…

Good cooking/poor final paint

We purchased this griddle about a month ago. Assembly took about 3 hours(for me). The functionality of the griddle is good. It seems to heat up evenly but has some cool spots around the edges. I found I had to cook on low to low/medium settings. I’m giving it 3 stars because after 2 weeks the paint on the lid began to peel off. After a month most of the paint has came off. I never closed the lid while the griddle was still hot. Only closed it once the griddle was completely back to ambient temperature. We also kept the included cover on it when not in use. I returned it for a refund concerned a replacement would do the same.

So far no issues with the griddle portion, but the lid is a whole other story. I don’t think this outdoor griddle is suitable for any place with humid weather. This is covered every single day but still the lid is flaking! Had for less than a month. The lid paint started flaking the first week.

Good performance if you don’t care about looks

Overall a good griddle. Very disappointed in the paint quality and with the protection cover. I don’t see any rips or tears in the cover but moisture/water is coming through somewhere. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for those two drawbacks.

Low Quality Paint and Cover

like others, its a great grill however we've had it a month and the lid is peeling. we've always had it covered etc. reached out to chat and they wont send a replacement lid and said the entire grill needed returned.
