Easy & convenient fiber supplement

I have waited to write this review after using this product daily for about 2 weeks and I am really impressed! Taking 5 capsules in addition to my morning pills isn't a joy, but it's better than drinking the powder! I used to do the order in orange juice but needed to watch carbs first thing (yep - intermittent fasting) and couldn't tolerate the powder without at least 4 oz juice. Switched to gummies which also have sugar and make you gassy/constipated so much easier (plus my dietician scolded me šŸ˜¬). So honestly, these have been so much easier. No noticeable gas or bloating with 1 dose/day in AM (my preference) but planning to increase to twice a day gradually. Capsules really are not bad to swallow so highly recommend as long as that isn't an issue for you

Work as well as expensive brand

The member's mark psyllium fiber capsules work as well as Metamucil capsules. When you first start out using fiber capsules, you want to start on the lower side until your body adjust and take it with a full glass of water. After your body becomes used to it then you can gradually increase the amount you take per day. I use them to keep myself regular. You get 400 capsules in a bottle so it lasts quite a while. They are easy to swallow, even though theyā€™re a bit large. Save the money and buy the Memberā€™s Mark brand if you take fiber supplements, they work just as well as the expensive brands.

Amazing fiber supplement

This is a bit taboo to review, but this product is amazing. It has helped me stay regular. Iā€™m currently on muscle relaxers and pain medicine and having problems ā€œgoingā€. These fiber pills are great! Iā€™ve been taking them for two days and already feeling the effects. Iā€™m even less bloated! My clothes are fitting better.
