Perfect size for the front porch. It's a bonus that it will be self watering. We'll see! I didn't hang it, it's just sitting on the concrete, but better than cheap ones elsewhere.

Wanted to love it

I bought this specifically because of the reviews. It arrived on time which was great, I opened the box a week later and am very disappointed. This one shouldn't have passed quality control. The seems on the plastic looked melted and the black plastic along the face of the box looks dull and discolored. Very poorly made and for the cost , this is very very poorly made.

    Beautiful!

    These window boxes are beautiful AND functional. They look great on my home, especially since I dug out old evergreen bushes under my four front windows. Once you have planted, it's easy to water with the internal reservoir. If installing on brick, you will need to also purchase masonry screws. I hired a pro to do my installation and he was done in an hour with four boxes.

    I would recommend this product to everyone

    I have installed this ""window box"" on the outside of the railing on my deck to do away with too many pots on the deck for my annual flowers. It works perfectly & looks great. Too new to tell how the self watering aspect works but it appears as though it is put together to be just super.

    I would buy this again

    Installation easy for carpenter/handyman. Might be a little challenging for novice. It does need support for installation on the home. Once it was up, I planted immediately. I did take the vendor suggestion and added light weight material in the bottom. It has added an instant update and wonderful curb appeal to my home. In the winter, I plan to use the planter for holiday decoration. I am delighted with my purchase.
