The item will be delivered to the given address and then liftgate equipment will be used to lower the product to ground level. The receiver is then responsible for moving the product after it has been removed from the truck. After checkout, the freight carrier will reach out by phone and email to schedule your delivery. Maxx&nbsp;Ice MIM100 Self-Contained Ice Machine is an air cooled undercounter ice maker that produces individual cocktail shaped cubes of up to&nbsp;110 lbs and has a storage capacity of 35lbs. The compact space saving design is ideal for tight spaces and can be installed freestanding or built-in applications and will meet the production needs of busy restaurants, bars or cafes. &nbsp;Constructed of durable stainless steel, black trim door, with a polyethylene interior, this unit is built to last in both residential and commercial environments and has a built-in self-cleaning mode to assist with maintenance. We purchased this machine to put in our warehouse for our employees to fill their drinks and to fill a display in our showroom with bottled water for our customers. It hooked up easily and started making ice immediately. No problems so far.

Great Little Ice Machine

Very happy with ice maker so far. Setting it up took a little extra time because I did not have a drain so I had to run a PVC pipe out of my garage to the yard. Once I turned it on it made ice with in 20 minutes or so and made 80 pounds of ice in less than 24 hours. Filled my deep freeze with 200 pounds of ice in 2 days.

Works exactly as advertised.

Produces ice great! It piles up to sensor without leveling out so it can fill up compartment! Plastics cover was broken upon arrival, haven’t had chance to get them to ship new one yet!  We had to turn it of because we have so much ice!! Nice purchase!

We have had this MaxxIce 100 for a couple weeks now and we love it so far.

Love the product.  Haven't started the machine up yet. My fingers are crossed that it works.

A good machine

Love this machine so far.  It’s not very big, but makes and holds a lot of ice.  It’s perfect for our needs.  I ordered ice bags and and freeze so we always have more than we need.  Only complaint, it’s not very quiet, but you can’t have everything.

Very disappointed in customer service.  Received damaged and no follow up, two weeks and no response to our request for replacement/refund.

I started a Bingo business and a small concession stand , this ice maker didn't last 4 months. I returned it to Sam's in Casper Wyoming.
