These are large patties and good. Froze mine, then would set the oven to 400F and bake 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes. They taste good and you can half the Salmon burger for lighter meal with a small salad or other side dish.

Excellent snack

Give them a try!  I saw these in the fish section on previous visits, and I am kind of particular on the taste of salmon patties, especially with the texture.  So, I gave them a try, and I was pleasantly surprised!  The burgers were very tasty and uniform in size... they were actually huge!  You can definitely taste the salmon, as compared to some that you taste mostly the filler.  I also liked the breaded outside that was light and did not take away from the name - salmon burgers.  We served them on a fresh brioche bun, along with a nice tartar sauce - awesome!  I will definitely purchase again.

Nice weighty patty with a proper fish/ breadcrumb ratio. Good salmon taste while not being fishy and a pleasant breadcrumb crust (air fryed mine) that isn't a soduim bomb!!!

Cooked these on the grill and they were delicious.  Very filling could barely finish one.
