Cooked bacon on my new pan a few days ago. It worked out great. Its large enough to cover two burners on the stove. I kept the heat low and continued to rotate my pieces until they were all cooked to perfection.

Cast Iron pans of all sizes are great.

With the raised sides, this griddle truly is a versatile piece of equipment in your kitchen as a continuous surface to cook a big breakfast, or a large pan pizza, or to cook homemade tortillas. It's got heft and is pre-seasoned to clean up well. At $29.98, this griddle is a great buy.

A Griddle Worthy of the Lodge Brand Name

We love this cast iron griddle! It’s the perfect size for smashburgers! We’ve used it several times and are very happy with the griddle! It’s a perfect size and weight. It cleans up easily with a chain scrubber. Rub a little oil on the cooking surface and that’s it. Maybe we’ll make some buttermilk pancakes and bacon on the griddle this weekend. No regrets buying this griddle! You won’t regret it either!

Smashburgers, here I come!

I like that it retains heat and cooks evenly. Easy to clean. But too heavy so I don't use it as often as I'd like. But much easier to maintain but very multiuser.

Recieve cook rinse wipe n oil down

I have been using on an old gas grill and it does great! I use it for Smash burgers, frying up smoked pork to crispy perfection, and bacon without the odor indoors. Let it get crazy hot at the end for easy cleaning.

Griddle

Nice large area flat grill with sides, good for burners or oven, quality product, pre-seasoned and not too porous.

Excellent addition to your kitchen!

I think it is an excellent product. I have only used it on top of my outdoor grill so far and I am very pleased with it.

Very Good Value

We used this for preparing steaks on our grill for 6 people, specific recipe called for iron skillet.

Best cast iron for larger group servings

Even heating. Fits well on my center grill burner on stove.
It does have a" new "taste in food until you use it a few times.

Cast iron

Product works as expected; had to season it a bit before use as it isn’t as smooth as other cast iron products on the market but it also wasn’t nearly as pricey.
