cake was delicious, and in a good shape, the system would NOT allow me to type a message, kindly we asked the baker to write happy birthday and they refused not once twice to do it, which I considered its unacceptable due to the fact that I called previously and they won't be accept my message bc they claim I had to do it online. Sams company it's great but the baker staff its awful with the customer service, mind you I have been ordering cake for the last 15+ years at this location

Beautifully decorated “Stitch” themed 1/2 sheet cake for my granddaughter’s bday, including what appeared to be a cool computer generated overlay with her name & personalized birthday greeting. The cake was moist, the buttercream frosting was good (not waxy tasting) & the cake fed a lot of people (more than 50). The price of this custom made cake cannot be beat!
